A story plaque lets visitors, even those who never met your loved one, learn about their life and legacy. A permanent QR code engraved into the plaque links to an online tribute with photos, stories and video.

Lifetime legibility warranty: the engraving won't fade or wear off
We engrave a QR code into a 316 stainless steel plaque alongside the name, dates and any wording you choose. Scanning the code with a phone opens an online memorial page that family can keep adding to over time.
Online tributes
We've teamed up with Our Tributes to create digital memorial pages that pair with our plaques. Read how it works, or contact us to arrange your online content and plaque.
Why an engraved QR code?
Stick-on QR codes can peel, fade or scratch over the years. We fibre laser engrave the code into the stainless steel itself, so it stays sharp and keeps scanning for as long as the plaque lasts.

★★★★★
“I approached Planet Engraving with a unique and special engraving job. It was a stone from Mt Fuji that was to be used as a memorial piece. The staff were extraordinary helpful and were happy to take on the challenge of this experimental engraving job. The result was amazing and the customer service was exemplary.”
